Sustainability

Safety

The health, safety and wellbeing of our teams and the communities in which we work underpins everything we do. Across our businesses, our teams work endlessly to promote a safe working environment and culture for all employees, contractors and clients involved with any of our operations.

Our Health and Safety Policy establishes our commitment to seeking to observe and listen to our customer’s expectations, understanding their needs so we can effectively manage all aspects of health and safety.

Diversity

We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace culture where all our staff are valued and recognised for their unique qualities, ideas, and perspectives.

We provide a working environment that values diversity and inclusion and supports all employees to reach their full potential. We encourage employment applications from women, Indigenous Australians, people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, of any religion, gender, including mature age workers and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

We are committed to Aboriginal Participation in Construction (APiC). The group has traineeships, apprenticeships, and cadetships as part of continuing staff development.

We are also pursuing satisfied employees though good work systems, fair conditions, adequate training and development and employee wellbeing programs.

Community

We aim to be a good corporate citizen. We sponsor local sporting teams and charities and strive to have a positive impact on the environments where we operate, or influence.

We make every effort to limit community risk by being law abiding, compliant with other regulations and specifications and by always acting in an ethical and professional manner.

We strive to have good character and proper business systems, good corporate governance, social responsibility, and fiduciary responsibility, to ensure avoidance of any improper dealings, discrimination, or other inappropriate behaviour.
